i need to get to work on this little black box, for an upcoming show, the arts in bushwick beta spaces show. i'm thinking it will be about new york, but not sure what about new york yet. the show is called 'boxed in and out',  the show curator, mark weathers, has given each artist the same black box to work with. i like the simplicity and non-pretensiousness of the idea.

I also need to work on the frames for my watercolor comfort series for another upcoming show which i will post about soon. i want to paint the frames adding something to the piece, i don't want the frame to just be a frame but integrate more with the watercolor without becoming too distracting.
