i had all the intentions of making a bunch of cards today and my gluestick died... so i managed to make one only and am now trying to get over my card-making craving...

i still don't know what this series is about exactly. this is my hot water bottle, g sent it to me from the UK, i call it sam and it has become a really good friend...

for some reason i have been thinking of making portraits of some of my objects lately and the bialetti coffee pot seemed like a good choice to start with. i like it a lot as an object, love the design and as i told g, it gives me a feeling of warmth and home. what object should i do next? i'm thinking a chinese food take-out box but i don't know why. am i just focusing on the design of these objects or is it the homey thing?
